Our Experiment

It was a bit of a hassle to find all the materials needed to build a chembuster for myself but it all worked out.
Over all cost was about $350.00CAD. Most of which was the cost of the copper.

small - medium aluminum shavings
these were actually the perfect size being about 1/4 of an inch or less

I used a 5 gallon bucket because I happened to have one handy but after this I think ill use a 2.5 gallon instead. The diameter and volume of a 5 gallon bucket are just overkill for this purpose and found it takes way to much resin to properly cover the metal shavings.

Here is the first layer of metal with resin and the jig to keep the copper pipes in place.

Six  1 foot copper pipes capped off and ready to drop into place in the bucket. siliconed upright onto each cap in the pipe are the double terminated crystals.

The 1 foot sections of pipe are in place and the second layer of metal shavings are sitting nicely in freshly poured resin. The plywood you see is just a temporary spacer to keep everything in its place until the resin sets up overnight.

And its set and we are ready to put on the 5 foot extensions to make 6 feet in total.

Ta-Da!
I buried the chembuster in the flower bed beside my house to keep it secure. I also taped some plastic over the ends of each pipe so that the rain doesn't fill them up and potentially cause unwanted issues.

Now we wait and see what kind of changes are noticeable within a week or two. We are also doing some tests with our water and soil to see if there are any changes before and after the chembuster was set up. This particular test is more like a 2-4 month experiment though.
